Matías Muchenik
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from ITESM (Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education) and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance. He has over 20 years of experience in the international hospitality and real estate industries, having signed more than 110 hotel contracts across Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, and other countries in the region.
His career includes leadership roles in renowned hotel chains such as Grupo Posadas, Accor Hotels, and NH Hotels (part of Minor), where he served as Development Director. Additionally, he is a co-founder of Atelier de Hoteles and has held the position of Hospitality Director at Colliers International, actively participating in a wide range of real estate projects worldwide.
As founding partner of SFC Worldwide МССА and owner of MUCHTAN CONSULTING, a real estate consulting firm specializing in hospitality, Matías has carried out numerous market and feasibility studies, structured mixed-use real estate developments, and provided brokerage services.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the conceptualization and realization of real estate projects valued at over USD 2.5 billion.
His international experience, combined with his deep expertise in hotel and real estate development, positions him as a respected figure in the industry, offering innovative strategies and precise analysis to ensure the success of every project.
Carlos Estrada Díaz
A hotel executive with a distinguished international career and solid experience in the hospitality industry. His expertise spans all stages of the hotel cycle, including development, openings, renovations, and full hotel and resort operations, with a special focus on world-class service excellence. He has led projects at prestigious properties recognized with distinctions such as Five Diamond, Preferred, Leading, and Small Hotels of the World, reaffirming his commitment to quality and innovation.
Additionally, Carlos has held key roles as an international consultant in the industry and as a strategic advisor for major investors in the sector, providing vision, experience, and high-impact solutions.
